Red Lobster - Phoenix

I had an incredible experience at the restaurant, thanks to Adam's outstanding service. He was prompt and attentive, making sure to check on me frequently, even though I was dining solo. He met all my food and drink needs with a warm smile, which truly brightened my day. I've had disappointing experiences at Red Lobster in various states, but today was exceptional. A big shoutout to the staff! I will definitely be back, especially to see my amazing waiter again.

The staff here are friendly and personable, which adds to the experience. The food is decent, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Red lobster is always a safe bet that you 're going to get great food. Unfortunately, for as long as I can remember, they had a build your own combo option that they have recently discontinued. I would get steak, fish, and shrimp. That has now been replaced with a seafood combo option. That is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. The food and service were still good, though.

We ordered online with pickup. Easy to park directly across from the entrance. Text them you have arrived they walk your order to you. Great location with convenient parking very friendly crew members. Red Lobster
