Sonic Drive-In - Phoenix

Screwed up my sandwich, then tried to refuse to replace it because I had taken several bites to see if I had somehow missed the bacon. Manager was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me, obviously just trying to escape responsibility for messing up a very very simple order. Go here if you like lazy, inept management with an attitude. On the plus side, the server I talked to about it was very polite.

Awesome service. The waitress was kind and happy. They made a mistake on the order and had to return to correct it. But they didn't argue and it was on the receipt. They fixed and we dipped out. Thanks sonic!

The guy Chris is so nice and helpful he's young but you can tell he's been raised right went out of his way to make sure our entire family had the best time haven't had customer service like that since I was young really appreciated this guy need more like him

The manager is incompetent and can't seem to understand simple numbers. I gave him my phone number to call me back after an interview and he wrote my phone number down wrong three times i had to practically hold his hand and walk him through the process of writing down my simple phone number. I don't know how he runs a business and gets orders right if he can't even write down 10 numbers down right. I wouldn't go here for anything, management is way to incompetent.

Great stop for cold drinks and hot treats. Love using the app to get all day happy hour half off drinks. Kids love it. So does my wallet
