Slow service! it seemed like the blind man who led the blind. there was no sense of management or control. I literally waited for 20 minutes for my trenta mango drachen fruit limonade and it was not even filled to the top. there was an older woman behind me waiting for a small hot chocolate and she fought to stand after 20 minutes (can not find a chair to sit in) I was so irritated and annoying because there is a better way to run this business. the customer is the one you want to look forward to. this situation does not even deserve 1 star.
This is the worst thing. I have the road for years and every time I come here, everyone I get is wrong. I always order milk or soy, not in a position to drink regular milk. they did it, and there is a REGULAR-MILCH. I was sick for two days. they tell them a carmel band cnirches and they give them a carmel frapp w the cnirches above, as the customers cannot say the difference. another time I ordered a white chocolate mocha frapp and gave me crème base 2x without asking. (It's in the rule it's always coffee base if they don't ask anything else.) they should just shut down this location, it has new manager in and out there. it doesn't seem to work. quality here is terrible. I'm moving to another star. this one will only disappoint you.
Cute little dieucks. in focus was mainly Drive-Thru.
Wow I just want to say Annisa/Annalisa (not 100% sure of her name) was SO NICE when I came through the drivethru, her energy absolutely made my day. They also had everything in stock to make my favorite drink when others Starbucks stores have been out of stock. What a great Starbucks experience!!
