My coffee is always perfect here! The customer service is incredibly friendly—everyone smiles and seems to genuinely enjoy their work. They ask how you're doing with sincere interest and always offer compliments. The staff is kind and efficient. I absolutely love this location; it's my top choice for Starbucks!
We had to wait for a long time for someone to take our order, as the staff member claimed to be "busy." They don’t ask for your name after you place your order, which leads to confusion when picking up drinks. Everyone ends up touching the cups, trying to figure out which ones are theirs, creating a messy and potentially unsafe situation. The attitude of the employees was very disappointing; the woman managing the team lacked basic people skills and didn’t wash her hands. Customers were treated poorly. I do not recommend this place; they clearly don’t value our business. Remember, it's us, the customers, who keep you in business, not the other way around. I hope they reconsider their attitude!
This Starbucks always gets something wrong. I?m a shift supervisor of 2 years at another store. The strawberry açaí always tastes wrong, I always see spray bottles of the cleaner on the counters and they always charge for a tall cup of whipped cream. There?s a charge for milk not whipped cream. Train your stuff better
Wanna throw a shoutout to the gal working the drive through window today she was super friendly, and even helped me clean up my side window. It was friendly and warm and totally unexpected
