Starbucks - Phoenix

I came on the 7th. April like 18:58. Behind the counter was a very sweet young lady. Let me just say she was the most beautiful friendly Starbucks worker I ever met. I ordered a drink and I'm pretty sure she was all but close physical and I didn't recognize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am in the restaurant industry. She refused my cancellation request and made my drink happy anyway. She did my night. This young lady was spectacular in customer service and I would know that I bartending almost 20 years. I wish I got her name. But she did it right now, where I'd rather go to Frise and get my coffee through a ride. This is quality service. Grade A for effort and attitude and work ethics. Not to mention was literally the best tasting Mocha Frap I had. Thanks for appreciating and remembering u. Your hard work is not unnoticed my love!

Starbucks gets really better and become my place. Look at the manager at the 40. St. and Thunderbird. He's funny to mix with schnapps he takes seriously. Top flight management of the World Craig.

I have my normal cappuccino. And Barista was so cool. He did something extra. I have to take everything for the same price.

This location provided me with 5 star customer service!! Placed a mobile order at another location in error. When I inquired to the status of my order, is when I learned I was at wrong location. They quickly offered to make my order for me and NO CHARGE! Kudos for the great customer service!!
