Taco Bell - Phoenix

Everything was cold and poorly prepared. My chalupa was loaded with sour cream, despite my request for it to be omitted. The shredded beef taco was disappointing; it was squished, and all the sauce ended up on the wrapper, making it difficult to eat. My beef burrito was also cold and dry, and the shredded cheese was not melted.

The food was good, but I didn’t receive my two crunchy tacos. Also, the delivery driver marked as arrived 10 minutes after he actually got here.

The Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries with beef were spicy, but they seemed only half-made.

I didn't receive any of the hot sauce or mild sauce packets that I specifically ordered. Moreover, my strawberry freeze cup was only two-thirds full. Unfortunately, this seems to happen often at this location.

This is the second time I've ordered Taco Bell through DoorDash, and both times I selected black bean items from the vegetarian menu, but received meat instead. When I take a bite, it's usually ground beef or steak, and then I can't eat anything, which just ends up being a waste.
