Taco Bell - Phoenix

To be fair I am not the one to ask about Taco Bell. They removed my Verde salsa there went strike one(told myself ok well they still have the crunch wrap , featured a ranch fusion sauce (strike two , and directly after my locos taco was taken from me I was out (witch was formally enjoyed in my gordita as the crunch .I dont do soda so. The twists are fun??‍

Not only did they hook me up with my all-time favorite Mexican pizza but using the kiosk I was able to add guacamole and remove tomatoes for an additional .60 and it was even better than ever! This is my taco bell now

I am in the industry and the service at this location is below 1 star ordered on the taco bell app for pick up and the doors are locked with a sign informing you to go thru the drive thru I would not have ordered on the app if I wanted to go through the drive thru I would have they made me walk my bicycle threw the drive thru and they told me that they did not have my order the so called manager came to the window and told me to go to the next window 5 minutes later they told me that they cold not make my whole order I asked for the manager again and asked him to refund my order he said that he could not because I ordered from the taco bell app and they don't deal with the app. I know from first hand experience that my company's app is the only one that I can refund from. Everyone from management to the newest are lazy 6 employees and could not have the doors open taco bell corporate will be hearing from me and I hope that things will change

Most people are doing this but if you use the App for Taco Bell you're gonna get so many options to choose from to customize your order and it comes out so fresh and perfect every time you can get black beans and all kinds of sauce as you've never even seen on the menu. You can make it healthier and of course less healthy lol. Either way you're gonna be so much happier if you use the app a guarantee it that's what I do and it comes out fresh like I said every time. This is also tried and true with different locations, as I've used this method now at 3 different places. each time surprised with the superb qutility. Mine always comes out like the orders from a Chipotle. Try it, i think you'll be pleasantly surprised
