Tacos Culichi - Phoenix

The owners of Tacos Culichi, Adan Pulido and Dean Le, have locations at Westgate and 3004 E McDowell Rd. They have not paid their workers at the Phoenix location for over a month and have ignored their messages. Adan Pulido has also accused the manager at this location of stealing $17k. It's strange how he has accused two managers of theft when it's known that he has a gambling problem. They are stealing from honest working people, the elderly, and a single mom who has no one else to turn to. Help us expose these individuals who are taking advantage of others.

The tacos at this restaurant are amazing, and the service is great too. However, I would advise against coming here after 8pm. Despite their website stating that they close at 10pm, I have arrived multiple times between 8:45 and 9:15pm only to find that they are already closed. This has happened to me over 5 times, and as a taco lover, it is frustrating to make the drive only to be met with false closing times. I have since found a new taco spot, Tacos Calafia, where the food is delicious and they stick to their hours. The inconsistency at this restaurant has caused me to no longer be a loyal customer. I suspect that a particular lady with glasses is responsible for deciding to close early. It is important for businesses to stick to their advertised hours, especially for those who work late and are looking for a late night bite.

Don’t let the exterior dissuade you. Clean and appropriately decorated inside. Tried the carne asada and the pastor tacos- both were very good! The Mexican fruit popsicle was also great. A good spot for a casual lunch.

First time in. Really solid. Goat tacos, CevicheTostada and Refried beans all excellent. Could use some kind of background music and I would have liked a margarita, but all in all, it was excellent.

Doesn't look like a restaurant. Well worth it. Great horchata. Had the asada tacos. Will return!
