They gave me exactly what I wanted. Very politely fast and I love it to this one place. Peach /Mango and they make it so perfect.

Good! We tried the kiwi smoothie and cheese Quesadilla and both were especially delicious the smoothie. We have the edible strawberry stone and it just made it better. We'll be back.

Tropical Cafe Smoothie happened to be across from the car dealership so I decided to purchase a smoothie while I wait for my oil change. Not impressed. The employees weren?t that friendly. It felt like an after school special. You will get better service from Chick-fil-a.The store needed cleaning so I think there?s an opportunity to invest in training for their staff. I ordered the Mocha Madness. I asked for no sugar they were kind enough to fulfill my request. The texture of the smoothie wasn?t that ?smooth?. It felt and tasted like ice cubes and a powdered flavor of some kind. Every day I make a protein drink: vegan protein, banana, a few strawberries, dark chocolate almond milk. My daily protein drink I make at home is better tasting and more smoother than Tropical Cafe Smoothie. Sorry not sorry ? I?ll stick to Jamba Juice.

Usually good food, service is okay. But tonight, I placed my order through the website, submitted at 8:40pm. Confirmation email states ready at 8:55pm. I arrive earlier since they close at 9pm. Lights are off, doors are locked, no one answering phone. I hope I wasn't charged.

By far the WORST Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in the valley. Literally EVERY time I order from this location, whether it?s directly through their site or via Uber Eats, I have a terrible experience. I?m always receiving something I didn?t order OR they completely leave my items off altogether. In addition to that, the service is absolutely terrible. It?s pretty disappointing as this is one of my fave places for healthier food options. At this point, I?m willing yo drive further out to a different location JUST to have better service and actually receive my damn order.
