Contribuisci feedbackEven though we live in a large town with many burger restaurants, we travel 30 minutes just to eat at Tru Burger. The service is great, and the food tastes amazing! The servers are very accommodating to all requests. A great place to have a meeting and grab a great tasting meal!
Tru Burger... we were sooooo good before this! Me and the girl looking for another great experience with Tru Burger, but it was far from that. We both order, food comes back, and her onions are on my burger. The waiter comes back and I make him aware that the burgers were wrong. You want me to take those and make them all over again? Well, given that we aren 't at a family bbq, I think that would be the right thing to do. So since this Beanie Sigel lookin brother asked, YES, make my burger right. Burger came back BEAUTIFUL. but skimmed me on the avacado and the bacon.... smh.... that bacon is still oinking. Picture tagged below. They brought the check before I even got my food. Furthermore, I get that you want someone to calmly speak to me, but youre 0-2 on the same burger. Don 't just send the black guy to talk to the black customer.
Horrible experience today!! Four of us that were the first patrons there and it took 40 minutes for a salad and burger to come out. My friends burger came out wrong three different times, and the fourth with burnt mushrooms. My order which was just a burger patty well done with American cheese, came out super pink and 50 minutes late, therefore no lunch for me. Also, saw the cook sitting on counter wiping his face and eye, then proceeded to chat and play music in the kitchen. My company that I work for orders from Tru a lot for admin meetings and it's big orders. We'll see if anymore.??
I walked in and was immediately helped and directed where to go by 2 different people. We came in at the end of a lunch rush and once they caught up, we had fantastic service. The menu has plenty of salad variations, burger variations, and sandwiches. Very impressed. Loved the fit and finish of the menus and the restaurant. Love the common area for the bathroom. The rustic and cozy charm feels very nice. The drink menu was also equally impressive for their cocktail options. Every plate was a moderate to large portion and perfect for feeding growing boys. We had: queso blanco, garlic Parm fries , Caesar salad , salmon burger , Mac n cheese , and kids chicken tenders . The fries were perfect for sharing. The salad was in a cool slanty bowl. The kids chicken tenders were actually a top notch tender. I had TWO watermelon palomas. OMG super tasty and not a waste of money. The perfect amount of tequila to taste. I hate that this place is 30 min away from my house!!! The gentleman that we worked with, ended up having fantastic conversation and was very fun to chat with. The food tasted and looked fresh and not mass production. I'm still thinking about the tomato on my burger and how amazing it was. We'll be back.Vegetarian options: ImpressiveKid-friendliness: Family friendlyParking: Easy to get in and out. Plenty of space at 1pm
It's nice to see most of the staff having fun with each other in this restaurant's easy-going atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly. As a person who likes burgers done medium, I don't go for burned burgers on the outside and dry on the inside. I love living in the desert, but I don't want my food to be cooked like one. The onion rings have an unusual pleasant fine texture to them, but they were a bit soggy and could have been more flavorful. The lemoncello drink was pleasingly sour though the raspberry version appeared to have some nauseating artificial flavor to it neither of us could further stomach. Curiously, nobody asked us once how our meal was. A fellow diner held the door for an elderly disabled person exiting the restaurant and helped him into a vehicle. The people who work and go here are great, but I thought the food was not the oasis in this desert I was hoping for.
