New Golden Buffet - Phoenixville

Visit the restaurant as soon as it opens, around 11:30 to 12:00, and you'll find everything fresh and delicious. They offer plenty of vegetables that I love. The hard ice cream is fantastic, especially the green tea flavor—it's absolutely delicious!

I went for a late dinner after 8:00 PM on Saturday. The buffet selection was limited, and it seemed they weren't replenishing the dishes, which made it even sparser. I tried the black pepper chicken, General Tso's chicken, chicken with broccoli, honey chicken, pepper steak with onions, and spicy pepper chicken (I have a shellfish allergy). The flavors were good, as expected, but this place is more of a no-frills buffet, so I wouldn't rate it 5 stars. The server and hostess were very friendly, though. I would give it 3 stars, but I think they did a decent enough job to deserve a 4th star.

This restaurant is fantastic! Unlike many Chinese eateries where the sauces lack taste, this place offers incredible sauces that are full of flavor. I tried the General Tso's chicken, and it wasn't overly sweet or bland like at most places; instead, it was rich in flavor without being too sharp. My husband ordered the Cashew Chicken, which was also delicious and packed with flavor. If you’re looking for excellent Chinese food, we highly recommend ordering from New Golden!

Great Chinese buffet. Very large selection that they do a good job to fill up. The service is fast and the staff is nice.

The food was good. Had to refill my own water a few times even though were were one of two tables. They were good at removing the emptied plates. Ice cream machine was broken, but the server did offer strawberry ice cream to the kids. The food selection was a little limited, but the quality was good.
