O'grady's Family - Phoenixville

O’ Grady’s has been one of our favorite downtown restaurants…good food and good service typically. Yesterday we intended to eat there but changed our minds. When we got downtown we parked across the street and headed over to O’Grady’s. It was 11:25 AM- we noticed on the door they opened at 11:30 AM. It was quite cold that morning so we decided to try the door. It was unlocked so we walked in. Several staff were at the back of the restaurant and immediately told us “we’re not open! We don’t open until 1130.” Well, we had hoped they would say come on in and have a seat and we’ll be with you in five minutes. But instead they said “you’ll have to come back in five minutes!” And then, as we walked out, they came and locked the door! Not only was it rude, it was very unprofessional. I don’t think we will be back anytime soon.

Very much enjoyed my breakfast. The new owner is spot on.

The floor looks like it hadn't been vacuumed in 3 weeks, our waitress was ok, the burgers were awesome

The breakfast buffet was hot and delicious, with great selection and crispy bacon! The salad bar was amazing. All veggies were fresh and crunchy, and there were a lot of options. Definitely coming back!

Service was decent, food took a little while to come out but that's okay. I got the sheaperds pie and it was a tad dry needed more gravy in my opinion, experience overall was decent good selection on the salad bar too.
