Contribuisci feedbackMy partner and I have been visiting Hungry Jack's drive-thru every week for several months, and we often find that we don’t receive everything we ordered. Since this has been a recurring issue, I spoke with a woman who identified herself as the manager on Friday, December 16. I explained our situation, but she didn’t seem concerned about my dissatisfaction; she simply remarked that she had never seen me before. I was quite upset by her attitude, and when I asked for her name, she replied that she didn’t have to provide it and walked away.
The service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired, as it appears that online orders are prioritized over those of customers who are dining in. Previously, I would wait a short time for my meal when I visited in person, but now, it seems that all I can do is watch as online orders are filled first, leaving in-store customers like myself waiting endlessly. During my last couple of visits, I ordered a cheeseburger that was served cold, and the cheese hadn’t even started to melt. When I took it back to the counter and mentioned that it was cold, the staff member simply asked what I wanted to do with it. Stunned, I replied, “Please heat it up.” After these experiences, I won’t be returning. Cold food is simply unacceptable!
They have a staff member named Lucas, who is an outstanding server. He provides excellent service to customers and truly deserves a lot of recognition for his efforts.
Faster service. no clean tables to eat and no one to clean them. the food was good.
