Belvedere - Piatra Neamţ

Bună ziua. Am stat la acest hotel timp de două nopți în februarie 2022. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, camera și baia erau curate, bine aerisite și căldura era suficientă. Singura problemă a fost pentru fratele meu, care are dizabilități, deoarece a trebuit să urce prea multe scări; lipsea un ascensor.

The hotel room was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't bin cleaned in a while. There was dust everywhere and I found hairs on the bed. The bathroom looked ok. Everything in the hotel smell like a dusty old grandma's house.

Nice place and good food

It was an unforgettable experience!!! If you want to look for accommodation try to avoid this hotel because it is a DISASTER! You have no minimum conditions, insects everywhere, miserable toilet , you don't have hot water and everything is very old...
