It is one of my favorite places to go in Piatra Neamț, because it is usually not too full, the music is not too loud and you have a beautiful perspective when you are sitting near the windows. The food is also delicious, which have actually different pancakes (or crepes) with different toppings. I'll get it for an evening with family or friends.
