Ieri ho ordinato con Glovo alle 19.40 e ho aspettato fino alle 22.15 per un ordine che non è mai arrivato. Avevo prima contattato il posto in cui mi hanno detto di inviare lo screenshot dell'ordine su WhatsApp, dove mi è stato detto che in realtà il posto è stato chiuso attraverso un messaggio, dopo di che ho contattato Glovo chiedendo spiegazioni, il posto non ha risposto più vivo, non ha risposto alle chiamate. Seriousness e professionalità 0. Lo consiglio? Se vuoi fare un giro, ordina. Mai più.

Trattamento orribile

Ordered on the Glovo app, every time their delivery time changed, called Glovo assistance, canceled the order and had a refund (If you don't want to work and respect the delivery times, at least tell us we know). Please know that you are done with me as a customer forever

Terrible and rude service. After ordering 2 simple pizzas, with waiting times of 20 minutes, the time extended to 2 HOURS. After several phone calls where no one could explain themselves well in understandable Italian, they show up with the wrong order. I contact them again and I am given the number of the master who never answered a phone call. Zero rating, zero service, quality 2. If you can, avoid trouble. Order elsewhere
