We went to get a sub and the service was so slow and the customer service was awful.There were two workers and both were slow and extremely rude.We asked for our sub toasted and we got a dirty look with an eye roll. We asked for a churro and got a snarky remark of “oh yeah, you didn’t know we had to make it”.Once we paid we went to a table to split our sub before we left and continually got yelled at that the lobby was closed…we didn’t sit down or even pull out a chair, we were just standing there trying to get our lives in order. She didn’t try to address us, she just kept yelling.We told her what we were doing and that we would be leaving soon.We got a poor ungenuine “sorry didn’t mean to be rude” and didn’t change their attitude toward us.The food was fine but the service was definitely not worth it.
I will never again get any thing from hear again took 20 mins and they were not that busy cost me almost 13 bucks for a two scoops of tuna for a tuna salad cone to find out i had paid for the lady in back of me also and that was fine then the lady told me that i had paid for hers i told her dont worry about in enjoy your dinner as i was walking out the lady told me to con back in she was going to fix it then she told me she cant she needs a manager's approval not going back
A lot has changed here, let me start by saying I always get great service always a smile and they always make my food so good and look amazing.Parking: Walmart parking lot
Literally the worst subway I've ever been to. The people who work there are extremely rude and can't get any orders right. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and they didn't even put bacon on it at all. The manager was rude over the phone and the workers were snobby. Will never be going here again. I expect to get what I pay for.
