Long John Silver's Kfc - Pickens

This is a KFC/LJS combinedSpeaker system out with note make selections and pull up to window.Waited 7 minutes no one came to window.Tapped on window still no answer.Parked car and went inside .Seen one guy way in the back cooking.Looked out the other entrance and the counter employees are outside talking to someone.Walked out and asked if they worked here.They both came in.The chicken was over cooked.That's enough negativity although there is more.Parking: Pickens SCLot was empty now I know why

I asked for a side of crunches and didn't get them :

Seems to have fryer problems all the time...so I have to go elsewhere...3 times at around the same time 7:20 pm...work 12 hours a day ...

Usually slow service. Food is ok, I get select things. Lady at the counter was very friendly, made sure orders were correct.

I ordered in the app and waited for it to say it was ready....I went to the store to pick up my ready order only to find out my order gad not even been made yet! I still had to wait 20 mins for them to cook my order. The lack of readiness was not due to the store being busy with customers to serve, but due to the manager not running her shift effectively. She and the other 2 girls where busy talking to the manager's daughter and husband. I got home which is 5 mins from the store, just to have cold food and un prepared food. The chicken, fries, potatoes, mac n cheese and brownie was cold!
