Pancho's Grill Mexican - Pickens

You are very fast when you order your food. The staff is very friendly and always has a smile. The food is the best I've ever eaten.

Went in one night with my family. We had ate here before many times as a closer alternative Instead of driving yo Easley or Berea. We ordered our food at the same time but mine never came. And the young man that took our order never came back either. Finally an older lady that was buzzing around the room asked what I had ordered. My wife and daughter were half way through their food when I got mine. It was bubbling on the plate it was so hot. By the time it was cool enough to attempt to eat my wife and doughy we were done eating. When I payed the kid that was originally waiting our table was now at the register. He ran my card and asked how much of a tip I was leaving. I said none and he looked at me like he was shocked and kind of angry. Sorry but a tip is for good service. Not for nothing.

Food was under cooked dry noodles green beans raw peppers raw had to trash the food

Food was excellent w/fresh hot corn tortillas. The bean soup was amazing!

I loved this restaurant! The service was very polite and nice, and the food was wonderful. The food came in fairly quickly as well.
