Jack Astor's Pickering

Very rushed through the meal and the waitress took forever to bring our drinks. Would not return to this restaurant again.

Service was excellent. Food was great. Would recommend and we’ll be back.

Way way way too loud. Would definitely not return and would not recommend. Made for an unenjoyable time. We could not even have a conversation. Felt like I was at a club. Not the server’s fault. She said DJ was not going to lower the volume.

Service is usually great at every jacks this Pickering location just has a better noise level. The Whitby location is so loud you can’t talk with friends or family Food I feel is usually better at this location as well Server was awesome

We went on a Thursday evening. It was not very busy but the service was just not at the regular level. It took just over 20 minutes to get a drink and our food took a while to come as well. We had chicken fingers so i know it shouldn’t take too long. We left after dinner because it took about 35 minutes total to get 2 orders of drinks. I would understand to an extent if it was really busy but it wasn’t. Very disappointed, won’t be back anytime soon, will probably go to the Whitby location.
