Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pickering

Ordered a regular sandwich platter with bbq. Didn’t get the biscuit or bbq didn’t realize until after I had gotten home. Which Is sad because their biscuits are my favourite and the main reason I go there :I will be making sure next time to check my order is complete before leaving!Food was fine, restaurant seemed clean and there were out of order signs on half the drink options.

Was served burnt chicken and they forgot to add biscuits to my order of we ordered x2 3 piece combo). You would think the server would double check the order. Every time we go there the dining table is dirty and we end wiping out it ourselves. Will probably not go back there again.

I'm Absolutely disgusted. I just ordered a chicken tender combo and my biscuit had 2 fruit flies on it... I cannot even eat my meal now. How did the employee not see this?? I'm so disgusted I'll never go to this location again.

Went to pick up the usual Tuesday special around 9pm, there was 3 ladies in the front all chatting in their own language and ignoring the store traffic and only one of them is taking orders and serving customers while the other 2 keep chatting and gossiping even though there was a line or 5 or more people waiting.This makes me wonder why don’t they just have 2 kitchen staffs and 2 front of house staffs instead of 1 kitchen and 3 front of house

Staff is ignorant. Didn't ask for take out or dining and packed all food for take out when I ask for trays for individual order they refuse to provide.Now when I went for refill, she told me that each refill you have to pay 85 cents, I asked where it is mentioned so they told me it's our policy...Now hand written paper is displayed on drink refill machine.
