Tandoori Time - Pickering

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The woman answering the phones is rude and lacks basic manners when speaking to customers. It is consistently disappointing. It is puzzling why they decided to open a store if they can't act professionally. The atmosphere in the restaurant is chaotic. To make matters worse, she hung up the phone mid-conversation. This establishment should shut down soon as they are not utilizing the space effectively.

My dining experience the other day at this restaurant was excellent. Our host, Pooja, was fantastic - very organized and extremely polite. She truly made our day. We will definitely be back.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times over the years. The food is excellent and always consistent. The service has always been outstanding, and today was no exception. Hanine was especially kind and helpful with our order. She consistently checked in on us and was incredibly attentive.

First time at this place. Jasmeet (Jessica) was amazing from the time we came to the restaurant. She checked in regularly to make sure if we were happy and if we needed anything else to make our experience nicer.The food was not as expected. The daal seemed to be one day old, the chicken was extremely oily, but the Aloo nan was just amazing.
