That's what I found in an opentable mood when my other plans went through. came here with my mom and my friend for Mother's day brunch and loved it. It had such a cozy feeling, and the food portions were quite generous. I would definitely come back here because I am all about supporting local businesses and tasting different cuisine. I hope to come back and try some fish dishes.

Wonderful menu, so interesting and tasteful dishes. I tried several articles on the menu and everyone was so beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. French onion soup is traditional and not salty, tasteful broth and lots of cheese. Order the broschetta with cheese, the tomatoes are cut to the right size and marinated together with onions, a small garlic parsley and a good size portion for you to dish on bread as you see fit. The soup of the day was always good, all the house made and never salty. Had the dinner Crepes Parisiennes with ham, goat cheese, spinach and egg, served with domestic frits that are like a roast potatoes, which has been cut several times thinly and cracks beautifully. Also served with fresh salad and fruit (firsiche, strawberries, grapes) that are in a slightly sweet sauce and go so well with cheese and flavors in the crepe. I also had the vegetarian crepe, fantastic and that was full of spinach, goat cheese, onion, avocado and tomatoes with the same sides as above. My favourite dish on the menu is the chicken breaded cutlet with peppercorn sauce. This is the most tender piece of chicken stall I've ever had with a fork. The bread is crisp and light. This dish is served with the same roast potatoes, vegetables (potatoes, beans in bacon...amazing) and a salad. I usually do not think of steak in a French restaurant other than the typical minute steak and frits, but this place has a great cut of Sirloin beef they do either with bacon and goat cheese, or with a garlic Portobello mushroom sauce. Save space for dessert, more crepes with the choice of ice and filling (chocolate, peanut butter), toppings like bananas, strawberries, fruit, chocolate, Nutella, maple syrup. So happy we finally have a good restaurant in Pickering.
The restaurant offers good portions at a reasonable price, with everything made fresh to order. Special instructions left in the OpenTable reservation were followed, and the service was pleasant and fast. It is noted that the restaurant will soon be obtaining its liquor license, which will enhance the fine dining experience. The ambiance inside is functional and welcoming, despite being located near an automotive plaza. The dinner specials available until May offer a great deal (buy 1 get 1) with a receipt. The menu selection is diverse, but not overwhelming, with a focus on what they do best. The reviewer plans to return for brunch, dinner, and desserts, recommending that diners come with a healthy appetite.
