Unfortunately, there is not much to like in this hotel complex. From pleasant: 1) a well-kept area; 2) convenient location; 3) a quiet and peaceful place; 4) it is possible to stay both in a hotel and in a cottage. From unpleasant: 1) when booking, accommodation conditions were discussed, all costs were agreed upon, including tableware rental. In fact, upon check-in, the cost was announced as twice as expensive as the dishes. 2) ordered a bath complex (Finnish honey bath) for two hours, at the appointed time the temperature in the bath was not higher than 65 degrees, and the entire time in the bath did not rise above 70 degrees. They asked to throw firewood, and by the end of the time the bath had reached a temperature of 70 degrees. 3) they charged separately for towels (200 hryvnias per person) that were in the steam room 4) the price of accommodation included breakfast for 6 people when placing the order, the waiter mixed up the order and brought 3 more breakfasts , when we voiced this, we received silence in response. Upon payment, a receipt was provided with all excess portions. There are a lot of opportunities in the institution, but the quality of service needs to be improved.
