Very clean bathroom, no toilet paper on the floor, and they smell like vanilla! I didn't try a burger or food from the area, but it's a great place to go for pit stops!
This place brings the employees with the worst settings and it is clear to me that the owner is not proud of his facility. Food is always boiled to order when its chicken and they make ALWAYS you pull around and wait, what is the point to call it fast food if its never on time? I do not recommend this place if you are in a hurry, appreciate your time or if you have respect for yourself.
Stay away from this thing!! The name on my receipt says her name is BRIANNA employee number: 449643. I just know she was a heavier black woman with short short hair and glasses. This morning (3-13-19) at 6:20 flew through the ride. When I approach the auto-dru speaker, did an automated message say that we are closed, please come back during the business hours? then the lady came over the speaker and asked what we wanted. I ordered, and when I approached the window, I tried to help her by telling her that the speaker still said they were closed. She answers? Yes, whatever?? So she gave me my food and drinks and I said, "Thank you?" she answered with NOTE! I started looking in the bag and there were no straws for the 3 drinks we had and no fork for the Hershey Pie and no napkins! So I sat there on the window until I could get her attention. She comes over very frustrated looking and says ?what?!? I just said, could we please have straws, napkins and a fork?? I had honestly expected nothing else but was very amazed when she acted the way she did it when I asked! She rolls her eyes, huffs and puffs and says? Oh, my God! Again, I didn't expect much of this manager? but could not believe that she went so far to act and say what she did! When she handed out the objects with an engraved tone and goes off after my word? Thank you. Again with nothing at the end, I asked her what her name was, and she heard me because she stopped and turned around and went back into the window, I thought she came back to address her name and she closes the window in my face!!! I've experienced a bad customer service, but I've never been treated like that? MANAGER? I will be NIE NIE NIE NIE NIE NIE NIE NIE NIE NIE NIE back at this site and I will address this situation with companies!
Pretty well sub par on every level. Well, the fries were good. The soda wasn't coming out right, there was no ketchup in the ketchup container, it took extra time to get food, the lobby was dirty and the burgers weren't made right. To be fair, they may have just gotten over a rush, but there were plenty of workers to handle it. I'll try them again some other time and see if it's any better.
