I usually love going to cracker Barrel but this one didn't feel the same. First we asked the host at the front if we could get a high chair but she replayed with that's not my job then I got the same meal I usually get. (the mamas special) but it had eggshells in the eggs the pancake was a little black but a little raw in the middle, and it was really close to lunch and she would not give us a lunch menu

Worst experience ever!! A waitress gave me a me a menu and completely forgot about me. I reacted 20 minutes later and had to go find someone to take my order. I ordered my food and they took another 20 minutes and still nothing. I ended up leaving hungry. There is a Mexican restaurant next door, I would recommend that place instead.

The service at this cracker barrel wasn't very good. Salads were ordered by 2 in our group of 3 and they came incomplete. No eggs, no crackers. Drinks not refilled and waiter never returned except to drop off check.

Usually everything is great, the wait staff listens and writes down everything and it comes out great but my last visit, I requested crispy bacon, 1st time it came out half raw, I asked to have it crispy, 2nd time out one small end was better but the rest was still 1/2 raw, the 3rd time asking for crispy, it came out black and burnt. I was not humored, I frequent powdersville Cracker Barrel and usually buy other things while there, but I will not return to this Cracker barrel again.Thank you.
