Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a family chicken meal for $40. I received (see photo)! I never waste my money or time... yes time, because we waited for the food for over ten minutes! I didn't receive a receipt, or else I would have completed the survey and complained.
The restaurant consistently runs out of chicken. If they do have some, they will inform you it will take 20 minutes to prepare. They also have a tendency to inform customers that items they ordered are unavailable after they have already paid. The restaurant needs to reconsider their business practices.
I visited KFC in Piedmont, SC and I would not recommend it. The employees seemed indifferent and the service was slow. I waited in the drive-thru only to discover that they were out of the item I wanted to order. The food was often cold and the employees did not seem to prioritize cleanliness, handling both money and food without washing their hands. I was especially disappointed with my experience after 5pm. Save your time and money and look for another dining option.
Absolutely no sense of urgency or friendly customer service. I understand that there is a lack of employees throughout the state, but friendliness and fast customer service should be presented to every customer independently. Waiting for 40 minutes is absolutely ridiculous.
The black lady taking my drive thru order was rude. The way she speaks is like yelling at me when they don?t have the pieces I want. That explains why they have very few customers during meal hours while other places around are so busy.
