Mcdonald's - Pierce County

Ok service. Ok food. Prices definitely went up. Cheaper to eat at Denny's. Stopped again for lunch. My order was not right. But I ate it anyway. For $12 bucks. If I could give a zero stars I would have. No wonder fast food is going automated.

They restaurant was clean and well maintained, food was great. I guess my only complaint was the noise. The employees are great and gave good service but the chatter behind the counter was so loud I couldn't really read or concentrate. I know to get through the day they have to chat personally to pass the the time but wow it was really loud.

Have never seen a fast food restaurant mess up orders on such a consistent basis.

HORRIBLE. My husband just came out of here feeling embarrassed by employees at this location just because he asked to have a Mc chicken cut in half. Was laughed at and had jokes made about it by employees in the back. Employees here are extremely rude.

Why is the south hill McDonald’s better than this one? The south hill fries are always hot and salted. Every time I come here, the fries are not fresh and taste so bland. Your team also always forget to put the sauces in the bag when we go through the drive thru. This has happened multiple times and it’s annoying when you want to enjoy sauce with nuggets and don’t realize you didn’t get any until you’re already home. Today we got lack luster fries, no sauce, and the wrong soda. Not that you care, but I’ll just spend my money at Wendy’s now.
