Contribuisci feedbackUnbelievably rude employee... If I could give the customer service here a -5, I would. After spending over $40 on food I noticed that I was missing an item from my order. It was no big deal, I just circled back around to the drive through. While waiting to get to the window I noticed that I was also missing one of the extra cheese sauces I ordered so I let them know once I pulled up. As soon as one of the girls in the back heard that I wanted my extra cheese sauce she started raising her voice saying She 's wrong, I already gave her the ones she ordered , then proceeded to quickly pop her head all the way out of the drive through window until it was practically in my face while she was pointing at the receipt that I was holding. I then had to physically show her where the receipt listed the extra sauces I had already paid for. She then quickly pulled herself back inside while saying Fine, fine. She 's still wrong... etc. and continued to yell things I couldn 't make out. The way she treated me was completely uncalled for and makes me think that this isn 't the first time its happened. After all of that, they ended up giving me the wrong size on what they forgot to add to my order in the first place, and the food was mediocre at best. Sonic definitely lost my family and I 's business today. Good luck keeping your jobs when no one comes to buy food from your establishment!
I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food that was just okay. Very slow at this location.
Almost ran out of gas in the drive thru. I have never experienced a wait so long. They didn't even get my order right. Then, when they tried to fix it, they still forgot what I asked for. The atmosphere is terrible. No one looks happy. Will highly NEVER recommend.
Slowest place ever. If my kids didn’t beg me to take them there I would never come back. Unfortunately we live close so we wait for eternity every single time. It doesn't matter if business is slow either, its like they’re missing at least three employees and the one or two people that are working have zero hustle.
I recently visited the Sonic in Bonney Lake, WA, and I have to say it was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Despite being the only customer there, I waited an eternity just to place my order. The staff seemed completely indifferent to my presence, and their attitude was downright rude. It's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else if you value your time and sanity
