La Bricotte

We ate at 4 last week and 3 different regions (86, 56 and 33) enjoyed the good local products and their preparations. Besides, we have a good evening with the boss and his entourage. We advise this small restaurant which, however, does not pay for mine. Thanks to Kevin and his team!

At least because he's home. Taste is at the rendezvous and home preparation. I tested burgundy beef purée me who is not an amateur purée and well there at least we think that C is true patate and purée looks almost like a crushed potato what I appreciate.
