Tuscarora Spur Steak Ranch

Very bad service. Been waiting for more than hour for our food. Disrespectful manager and staff. People who came in after us received their food before us.

This is now the third time in one month that we are having a bad experience. Firstly every drink we ordered you guys don't have. Secondly we arrived at the door and there was no waiter at the door so we went to the table by our self we were sitting there for 15 minutes that the waiters passed by our table and no one asked if we were attended to not even a menu so we went and asked for a menu. Yes the menus were given to us but no one asked if they can help us. I blame it on the managers they dont even supervise in the restuarant so we had to ask to see one. Thirdly we went there again this morning, the waiter were friendly and took our order. After an hour I went to the grill were the manager were standing an asked how is it possible to wait over an hour just for a sandwich that we have order , and all he said is I'm sorry. I don't think this is fair and I will definitly spread the news. You guys will never see me again because you management is pathetic.

Great food, the staff could not wait for us to leave though, they wanted to go home, and we certainly felt that urgency to rush our meal

We had a very great service by a trainee waiter named Gift , however the food was not the greatest . I ordered 3 kids burgers from the kiddies menu and they were all extremely dry and un appetizing , the burgers were so dry that I was scared the kids would choke . I ordered the Buffalo wings and ribs combo although it was absolutely delicious the portion was not , I felt I did not get a good value for my money . If the meal was R234 then I expected a bigger portion . Other than that other meals ordered were up to standard

We normally stop at another establishment for breakfast on our way between Johannesburg and sodwana. The other place had a powerfailure so could not serve anything and we decided to stop here instead. All I can say is that we now have a new place to stay. Breakfast was excellent as was the service. Better than expected.... thank you
