I just bought a toasted sandwich, 4 samosas and 0ne coffee, I'm not happy with my coffee because it does not have sugar, I tried calling the number on the website and the one on the sandwich package they are not going through.

About a week ago my boss dropped an envelope of money in the Church St branch of Kara Nichas.Despite the busy shop, their very noble and honorable security officer retrieved the envelope and handed it to the Manager.Today ,almost a week later it was handed back to my boss.Hats off to their integrity , their honour , professionalism and constant good service.Thank You.

My parents bought a few special sandwiches and 3 soya burgers yesterday. Every sandwich was disappointing, as some of the chips were half cooked and some were really dry and powdery! The sandwiches seemed as if they were made with no care and pride. Furthermore, the sandwiches were very bland and tasted very strange, not like the typical amazing sandwiches we always buy from other branches in PMB. The sandwiches, by the time we got home (normally buying them from other franchises, after keeping them in the fridge over night and reheating them, they're still amazing, but this time our experience was a negative one) were somewhat hardish along the crust (seemed unfresh). First time we've had this experience. The burgers on the other hand were amazing. The staff members however, were friendly.

Not once did they mess up my orders. Great service.
