Hard Rock Cafe - Pigeon Forge

The customer service and food at this restaurant were exceptional! Our waitress, Crystal, took excellent care of us, being very attentive and checking on us frequently. The food was also delicious. While prices were a bit high for the food options, we were on vacation so it was worth it. Overall, our first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe was enjoyable.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Like many other places, they could use more help at the moment. Nonetheless, our food arrived promptly. If you're craving something spicy, I would not recommend ordering the Diablo Burger. Despite the menu's claim of spiciness, it had very little heat.

Service was fantastic, and our food was nailed perfectly. It was on the pricy side, BUT it was worth it. My burger was remarkable, as I am still thinking about it! We enjoyed the atmosphere, and energetic staff. Definitely make reservations though! We attempted to walk in the evening before, and they were packed. Also- if you?re a **** Mary lover? get ya one! Or two!

I was impressed by my first visit to Hard Rock Cafe. I had always thought the reviews were just hype, but I was wrong. My partner and I ordered the Country Burger meal and it was fantastic. It might just be the best burger I've ever had. The atmosphere and experience were perfect. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer. If you haven't been before and enjoy great American food, what are you waiting for?

This was my first Hard Rock Cafe experience and it was a very pleasant one. The ambiance was fantastic. Service on point. They had a live band. The food was excellent. What I thought was interesting was that they had a local menu of dishes that was separate from their regular menu. I ended up getting the burger from that menu and it was exquisite. Will def come by again.
