Delicious, fast, and made with quality ingredients for a healthier fast food chain option! We went twice while in town, both times the sandwiches, salad and soup was great! Menu offers several options to choose from and substitutes can be done for those with allergies! Minimal wait time, priced right, large portions, and staff was very helpful! Highly recommend when traveling!

We got here after the lunch rush. Several tables needed cleaned. While ordering, a door to the kitchen was left open. There were dirty dishes and trays stacked everywhere. What we ordered came out on a timely basis, and it was all fresh , well made. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that this isn't the way it always is and that things would get caught up back in the kitchen ASAP.

After a long day on my feet, I was looking forward to a special treat for dinner, but instead, I got a disappointing experience. I can't eat this sandwich, and I won’t. I tried calling to get a refund for my order, but the phone was off the hook for a solid 40 minutes, so I kept getting a busy signal after 21 seconds each time. I finally gave up at 8:10 PM, shortly after they closed at 8 PM. I also attempted to reach corporate, but they were closed as well. I need a refund for the sandwich, as I didn’t receive what I ordered. My order number is 150132, placed on July 5 at 7:03 PM. Additionally, both sandwiches were served without pickles, even though I had selected "yes" for pickles when placing my order online. I don't think I will be dining here again anytime soon, if at all. This place used to have good quality food, but it has changed since reopening after COVID—it's been disappointing.

Wow! I’ve been avoiding this chain my entire life, but that all changed today. I tried the New Yorker sandwich, which is pastrami and mustard, and it was amazing. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious too. I give it a 10/10; even the coffee was fantastic!

I typically like McAlister's, but I have to say that this is the worst location I've ever ordered from. I paid $2.55 for a chocolate chip cookie, but they sent the tiny one that usually comes with a kids' meal. We also ordered sides of mac and cheese, and they arrived with the consistency of soup. To make matters worse, we didn't receive any utensils.
