Paula Deens - Pigeon Forge

We have been to the Island several times but not had the opportunity to eat at Paula Deans until this past weekend. The food and service was excellent. We had no wait and the staff was very friendly. The store was also a pleasant experience.

The food was good as expected. What we did not expect was the service we received from our waiter, Trent. He was a true pleasure to be around, and really handled all of our requests in a timely manner, and with no questions. You guys have a good one there.

We have wanted to eat here the last few times we’ve been down here and we finally stopped in. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We got right in, order in a reasonable amount of time and had an overall great experience. Not to mention the food was phenomenal.

It’s a little bit pricey but the food is good and our service was excellent. Too crowded for a walker but no worse than most
