Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

One of the best Popeyes I have from numerous locations in several states and settings. Came with a massive order and not only were they communicative while being friendly to ensure that my order was correct, but the staff was promptly on everything. The employees who worked on 4/17 all earn an increase and recognition for an outstanding job!

Been a long time since I have been to Popeyes. I got the shrimp and fries. It was really good. Everyone else got chicken of some kind and they enjoyed it too.

The cashiers at the window were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable about my preferences and budget. They informed me that the prices for some items were not current, which helped me avoid any unexpected charges. I was fortunate that one of the cashiers took the time to address a minor issue, allowing me to make some small adjustments—it really made a huge difference. I'm truly impressed. I’ll definitely keep spending over $50 on chicken here! Haha! I got everything I wanted, and since my cabin was 20 miles up the mountain, everything was still hot when I got back. Amen to that!

Our food took a little while to arrive, but that was due to its freshness, and the taste was absolutely worth the wait! The restaurant seemed quite busy, but this is an issue many places face, and I don't think it reflects poorly on the hardworking staff. It's not their fault. The staff was friendly and accommodating; we had a small mix-up with my son’s order, but they resolved it without any hassle. The staff was really lovely! Overall, it was a great and quick dinner, and I was completely satisfied with my popcorn shrimp!

This Popeyes location was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly! The food was a little indulgent, but I think that’s just part of the experience!
