Puckett's Pigeon Forge

Tanner out server was great! his mgmt/hosts not so much I know that these are difficult times in the restaurant industry, people who do not want to work or work too anxiety, and it poses a problem in a tourist city to enter the visitors. they had 2 server and a bartender all bussing and running food, let them tell me running food, nobody was bussing! but they had a mgr?(and a male host who did nothing else than looking around the tables every 5 minutes or standing against the wall to listen to the live music, but they never threw up to eat or bus a table and waited for about 55. the ones of us who were sitting, staring at dirty tables or half a busy table. if they so keep themselves from sitting due to lack of personal, find another way! the baptismal forge place is the call of pucketts insecure when this is the daily management. I seriously doubt that I will return to this place, and I say that with sadness as I am a huge pucketts fan, only not here, although

Short staffed, food took over an hour and was wrong once we received it.not impressed will not be back.

We were seated at our reserved time and our server was great, however, the noise from the band was way too loud and it was very hard to carry on a conversation with our friends, very annoying! The worst thing was the food, it was not good at all!!! I will not be going to your establishment again and will give bad reviews to anyone that mentions to me that they are thinking about going to Puckett’s….I would rather go to McDonalds and get a Big Mac!!!!!

Drinks were hit and miss..some with no rum and some with tons of rum!! Service was slow and they weren't busy. Food was average. The pork loin was super dry. But the piggy mac was good. Nothing to write home about.

We went for supper and loved every single thing we ordered! Food was wonderful! However, the waiter acted inconvenienced by just being there (we didn’t ask for anything crazy). He was rude and hateful. He also did NOT like the kids.
