Taco Bell - Pigeon Forge

They are cheating the system they only take 1-2 orders at a time and hold up cars so their stats don't show how long it actually takes. We did our order online or else we would have left. Over 30 minutes from the time we ordered till they let us go to the window!

This place is always a 15 minute wait especially in drive thru and they don't even have to have cashiers up front it's all digital. As a former taco bell shift lead this is the poorest experience every single time. Idk how they keep their drive thru time under 3 minutes.

They forgot the sauce, and the lobby was closed ,it said due to short staff.

Horrible service and speed. Lobby closed early made everyone go through drive through.. Sat in drive thru for over 40 mins. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

The food wasn’t even warm. Ordered flatbread chicken cantina for my kid, both flatbreads were stuck to the wrap…badly. I ordered chalupa for me, not warm and were very soft
