I was craving a meatball sub, so I walked into this Subway at 8:40 p.m., just 20 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the staff said the meatballs were already put away and couldn’t be taken out so close to closing time. I don’t understand that policy. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’ll come back to this place again.

I downloaded the Subway app because it offered a buy one, get one free deal, but unfortunately, the app wasn't working properly. I ended up paying full price instead of getting the discount. The manager saw what was happening and should have helped me, but he didn't. I was really disappointed with his lack of assistance. Due to this experience, I won't be returning to Subway or using the app again. I feel like their advertising was misleading.

Great customer service, staff awesome to following safety protocols. Food always fresh.

Sign says open at 8 am, online shows it's been open since 8am, it's 9:20 am on a Friday and they are not open yet!! Also, apparently, they don't put away their meats overnight!!
