Sushi Sakura - Pikesville

I had a party of 30 people in their restaurant during the business hours. it was hands down one of my favourites ever. They created a menu with reasonable trips, the manager and the staff were at point every step of the way. they were not at all lazi and very friendly. I'll be back in the final.

The food is hit or miss I highly doubt Asians even make the food since it seems to be run by Jews. Reading previous post I see ownership has changed and so did the quality shame because I think the fish and chips were delightful. Also when I picked up my order the guy had a hard time believing I was indeed the individual who ordered the food when I showed proper confirmation.

*Update, in reply to the restaurant's response, they bring up a fair point, I added a star. I wish there was an option for a half of a star as I would add 1/2 more as well... However, I don't feel comfortable making my review a 4 star review. As previously mentioned in my review, I want to give the benefit of the doubt and would strongly consider adding a 4th star depending on my next experience.I ordered sushi from here for the first time and while the food was really good, their pricing went up ever since it became kosher, which usually happens unfortunately. The food was quick to get, however the service wasn't friendly at all. Like very unfriendly. That's a big turnoff for me when I find new places to try. I'm planning on ordering from them again as it could've just been a bad day and I try to give the benefit of the doubt. That being said, at the end of the day and as someone who has worked in the service industry for around 10 years, friendly customer service is as important to me as the food is.
