When I requested a refund, I was refused and told, "It's what you ordered; it's good food," despite it actually being bad quality. I asked if they could remake my meal, but my request was denied once again, and instead, they offered to simply "heat it up" for me. I left feeling dissatisfied and outraged.
I'm always delighted with this family-owned and operated gem in Pikesville. The food consistently tastes great, and the service is always welcoming. Although it's an older establishment, that adds to its charm.
The price of the food was excessively high for the quality of the meal. Paying $31 for two specials seemed unreasonable, especially since the menu lists each one at $11. That totals to $22, not $31.
Hostess is always polite the wonton soup is bland and the egg rolls are and have been old full of oil.
The food is so good and delicious, but I can’t dine in . They need to change their carpet. It’s awful , the back entrance is not clean. The restaurant needs an upgrade.
