Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Pikeville

Pretty good attitude for a fast food crew, but the computers are old and slow. They will have your food to you and then I have to wait for the thing to run the bill.

Ordered a ice cream cake for my son and couldn't find anyone that could do a Jason themed and went and asked if the could do it and I have to say that the cake was beautiful and turned out better than I expected. Big thanks to Jen at dairy queen inPikeville KY. My son loved his birthday cake. Will definitely be back for more birthday cakes in the future.

I want to say, Thank you so much. I had the best experience. I ordered a ice cream cake on Door Dash. I'm from another state and was trying to make my boyfriends birthday amazing. I ended up calling this store because the cake was nothing like I ordered,finding out that it was ordered through another store. I apologized for wasting thier time and Jennifer (Cake Manager) wentabove and beyond to help me. I was so frustrated with myself and she was amazing with me and the situation. Things got figuredout and she was very kind. Thank you again, for your amazing customer service and being so sweet.

Not much to say really. Late at night I guess employees get tired and cranky. But the food was ok.
