El Club de La Milanesa - Pilar

Very good size, quality and innovation for a classic and still Milanesa! Service was not even, good craft beer.

Before I start, yes, I understand the service in Argentina. It is not European standards as Europeans would expect, but that was shocking!! We came about 2/2.30 on a lunch week. About 5/6 tables. Mostly families. We went to see that all employees around área with heads in mobile. No one looked who went into the door. Husband approached the desk to ask for a table. The waitress threw her arm and said everywhere! Between the 5 tables that surround us, we chose the “cleanest” We were then given menu when sitting. No words said between everyone. After 20/25 minutes of us looking at each other, we might think that we're going upstairs to get my husband approached the (lifeless guy, to ask if someone would be over (all were still jokes and looking at phones! After another 10 minutes, a girl came by. We tried a bit of contact over menu, but was not interested in explaining something (yes, we spoke fluent “Argentine”, so that was not a problem! The order was accepted. Do not have to wait too long for food and the Milanesa itself was amazing! Meat was great and beautiful combination with rocket etc. Fab! There are my two stars. Table next to us left and waiter took plates and glasses, but left it covered with sauce and crumbs. Family hike, welcome, they decided to sit there. The woman cleaned the table herself. Waiters stand and watch! It was embarrassing! Next comes a gentleman from another table asking if he can pay his bill for a two-hour waiting for food. I doubt it was 2 hours for dinner. Maybe his whole experience was that long cos don't expect a fast service here. Hell knows how it is when busy. A dispute occurred between waiter and Gent and it was disgusting how the staff reacted. All laugh, etc. When Ghent left, they started to insult and laugh and be extremely rude. We heard everything. Not customer service points! We're done quickly and stood up to pay our bill. The more time we spent there made me more irritated that nobody gave a S*t about ANYTHING or ANYONE. No one seemed to take responsibility even though it was dressed normal manager over. Anyway good food, but don't expect much else!

En realidad no corresponde dar calificación de 1. Debería tener cero. En viaje de negocios siempre ceno sola. Llegué al lugar, pedí mesa para mí, me asignaron 1 mesa y de ahí esperé casi 15 minutos sin ser atendida, ni siquiera recibir el menú, hice varias veces señas a los meseros y ninguno atendió. Me retiré del lugar sin ni siquiera poder reclamar, ya que la host tampoco estaba alrededor.

Al ser uno de los locales mas nuevos, se puede encontrar lo mejor de la cadena... el lugar es excelente & la comida tambien.... a la atención le hace falta un poco de rodaje!
