Contribuisci feedbackThe food at this restaurant is consistently high quality, but the service is unbelievably slow. I witnessed multiple cars giving up and driving away from the drive-through after being left waiting with no response. It might be more efficient to just close the drive-through altogether. Eventually, I gave up and went inside, only to see the employee supposed to be taking drive-through orders filling fries instead. It's clear the restaurant is short-staffed, but rather than leaving customers frustrated and waiting at the speaker, they should take orders and inform customers of the expected wait time or suggest coming inside instead.
This restaurant was better in the past, but recently it seems like there are only 2 or 3 staff members working at any given time. They are struggling to keep up with producing fresh food and providing timely service. Although this used to be my favorite Hardee's location, it's been disappointing lately.
Hardees biscuits are by far the best of each chain. Later the service was not very good. I stood in the register for App 3 minutes a day and there were 3 ladies standing away from me and none of them took my order. I won't be ignored, so I went there and went to Aunt Bees.
I ordered two number ones and they both looked like this one was missing the tomato lol I’m guessing they ran out of supplies ??
Made this edit Manager was super friendly and fixed my order right away ????
