Hotel is located in convenient location. I felt good warmth and great service by all staff. Special mention to Diwakar who took utmost care for us. Shashank, Khokan, Swapnil were good at their service. All food was very good in taste. Variety was great. I...liked overall experience.

Shashank from f&b, took great care of me and showed immense concern as I was really sick for day with high fever and throat infection. Ensured he kept checking on me and asking me if needed to goto the doctor and made special congee...rice and Kichadi for me to eat. cheers to Shashank. Will surely visit and stay again when I am in Pune.
