Big Banjo Pizza Parlor - Pine Bluff

The food was good and the staff was friendly. The video games and rides are play at you own risk. I don't think they have been updated since the 90s.

While the pizza was very good the service was lagging. Mt cousin and I entered and sat waited almost 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. My cousin had to approach the employee and they said the would be right with us.

We went for Wed night pizza buffet. They had NO salad bar,several people asked about the salad bar. The lady cashier was rude. Pizza wasn't good. Tasted like cardboard. Won't be going back!

Our supervisor bought 8 pizzas for lunch last Thursday. It was scheduled for pick up at 11 a.m. and I was asked to go pick it up. When I arrived 6 pizzas were already done and I had to wait for 2 more which was not a problem until I looked at the ones that were already done and they looked horrible, dry, and tasted even worse. The only ones that were tolerable was the 2 cheese pizzas that we had to wait on. I wish they would have been made when I arrived because that was a lot of money gone down the drain smh. And the cashier was not very friendly and acted as if we were a bother rather than paying customers. I absolutely will never patronize this place ever again.

As a door dash, food is always ready to go, worker are nice, polite, very hard teamworking restaurant, Good food!!
