Kfc - Pine Bluff

Tried ordering an 8 piece all white meat bucket and they stated they had none. i then tried to order a bucket of tenders no tenders. So the chicken place had no chicken except a couple wings and legs. Apparently like everything else in Pine Bluff they ran away! Also tried to order online but all white meat option is not available!

Personal friendly and patient. I had to go back to the car to look for chicken choices for my mother. drive thru was not available due to a type of work. (can be KFC characters) we ordered original, crispy as expected. but eating tastes good! good stop!

People at the drive-thru are rude and very unprofessional

I would give negative stars if I could. They are very rude and have no care for their customers at all. I ordered delivery food and it stated it was delivered when it clearly had not been. Called the restaurant and she was very rude.

The person in the window had a bad attitude. We were the only vehicle in the drive thru when we made our order. She told us not to come all the way to the window and she would let us know when to move forward. We didn't have a big order and it took them a long time. Don't go here.
