Went through Drive-Thru so can't truly rate the atmosphere.I never have an issue with service.I rarely order anything but the Iced Tea. I am addicted to the Iced Tea .
I can't stand walking into a business, giving my name for pickup to multiple employees, and upon everyone else being helped (1 customer in store, 2 cars in the drive thru), 5 minutes later I'm handed my order that was already done before I walked in the store that was sitting right behind the counter.
I got a great bagel, egg, and cheese sandwich on my way into work. (I wish I liked their coffee, but do not . . . . Nice, melty sandwich and short drive thru line. Decently nice employee.
By far this store has the cleanest bathrooms I have seen in a while.I once heard that you can tell the cleanliness of a restaurant and its people by the cleanliness of their restrooms. Hands down this restaurant has the trophy for clean restaurant, clean bathroom and clean outdoor. I will give them 5 stars for cleanliness.On the other hand, the customer service is no as sharp as it could be. There was no greeting, little to no friendliness and even when I tried to include a compliment about the bathroom, the service was still flat.Maybe it was that day, I will continue to try this location out just for the simple fact the facility is clean. Hopefully the service quality will increase to a much greater level.Thanks for serving the Pine Hill community. We are glad to have you
