Contribuisci feedbackI've been disappointed by this Wawa several times. First, their regular coffee tastes like water. I reported this to the management, but nothing has been improved in the last four months. I stopped by today hoping for a change, but unfortunately, there was none. The store was in a total mess, and I didn't end up buying anything. I used to love Wawa and considered it one of my favorite spots, but now we feel like distant strangers. I haven't purchased anything from Wawa in months, and it's really disheartening.
To be honest, I'm not just going to this Wawa for the gas. There's an employee named Jocelyn with brownish-blonde hair, and she is truly one of the best attendants I've encountered! I've had issues with my app while getting gas several times, and she is always patient and friendly. She even takes the time to clean my windows when she can! The customer service here is outstanding; they consistently provide excellent service to every customer. In my opinion, Jocelyn should be the one training others on what true customer service really means!
I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant while ordering a turkey panini on three different occasions. Each time, the employees seemed so distracted while talking to each other that they mixed up my orders. I ended up driving home twice only to find that my sandwich was wrong. The first time I received roast beef instead, and the second time, I got the wrong drink. Now, I've made it a point to check my food before leaving, and sure enough, on my third visit, my order was still incorrect. However, I was able to catch it before I left. I don’t want the person making my sandwich to feel like they have to be babysat, but it has come to that.
I ordered domestic chicken bites and got from the Emloyee, that was nothing while Timer went away. I politely asked her to get her after listening to the timer for five minutes and waited until she had finished her orders, and she was still there and ignored me when I asked if she could get her and then she told me out and that's not how you treat customers!
Just called and ordered fried raviolis and Daniel answered the phone! I'm not sure if he's the store manager but he was incredibly nice and deserves a raise. He was so pleasant to speak with!!
