That was the worst night trip I've ever experienced! the staff at the reception was totally rude and dismayable! we had asked for an early check-in at 12 a week before our arrival date, and we were there at 1145, I was told that my reservation was canceled! Worst customer service EVER. Booked a room months ago. Confirmed the room the morning of arrival. When we arrived we were told they were over booked, had a maintenance event the prohibited them from honoring our reservation. Was given a room that did not match what we reserved. Asked to speak to a manager, 18 hrs, multiple calls and 3 trips down to the front desk and still have NOT spoken to a manger. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!!
